Steel foundation posts 450mm high for lowset homes. Concrete lower floors for 2 storey homes.
FRAMING MATERIALS
Fully engineered to comply with legal requirements, local wind codes & conditions.
CEILING HEIGHTS
Ceiling heights 2.7m generally. 2.4m in lower floors of 2 storey homes.
ROOFING
Zincalume roof sheeting. Zincalume decorative roof vent. Colorbond guttering.
INSULATION
Insulation over roof, in ceilings & in external walls.
WINDOWS AND EXTERNAL DOORS
Aluminium sliding windows & doors. Selected entry & laundry doors.
EXTERNAL FINISHINGS
Hardies heritage cladding to all external walls. Handrails, decorative post brackets & skirt battens to front.
FLOOR COVERING MATERIALS
Hardwood decking to verandahs. A selection of floor coverings for all enclosed rooms.
INTERIOR FINISHINGS
“Atherton” pattern internal doors. Shelving to linen cupboards, wardrobes & built-in pantry if shown. Wardrobe hanging rails.
OTHER INCLUSIONS
Gas hot water, bath, basins in cabinets, sink, laundry tub, WC suites, towel rails, roll holders. Wall oven & cook top (or stove) and rangehood. Kitchen cabinets with Caesarstone tops. Ceramic tiles, shower doors & mirrors.
COMPLETE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Light fittings, light points, power points, TV & phone points.
PAINTING
All painting materials & labour, including 4 exterior and 3 interior colours.
WATERPROOFING AND CERAMIC TILING
